So Halloween isn't far away, and being my favourite holiday of the year (I think), I want to do something for it.
I had a look online for Halloween themed games to play, but I have no idea what might be good. So that's why I'm coming to you guys!
Any ideas? I want some good free games to play, like Flash games and stuff, with a Halloween theme, BUT NOTHING TOO SCARY! Nothing like The House, or Scary Maze Game or whatever. I want just some nice fun games to play with a Halloween theme. Skeletons, vampires, zombies, whatever. But nothing with screamers!
Give me links in this thread, explain a little about the game that you're linking to. Links will be checked, and I will pick some to play, if not all of them, and upload the videos on October 31st! (as long as I am able to, you never know when internet might explode or something!)
Help me make this Halloween one to remember!

Halloween Harry abandonia.com - Alien Carnage - Halloween Harryor dosmuseum.com - Alien Carnage - Halloween HarryI use to love this game. I even tried to get it running on my Vista system and it seems to work for me with the DOSBox DOS Emulator. The MS-DOS prompt from Vista doesn't support fullscreen so I had to use the emulator. -.- Unfortunately I only hear the sound and no music I'll have to check if there is something I can do about that. Edit\\ Yey! ^_^ Music works now too.

Eversion is the most terrifying game ever made, and it makes for a funny blind playthrough.

I also loved Halloween Harry back when it worked easily on the computers of those days. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to record it, since DOSBox seems to dislike being recorded (always makes me computer crash, no matter what I try). I wish I could though, I'd definately record that old classic.

Okay, it's not specifically Halloween-ish, but I assure you it is terrifying. What ever you do don't spoil the ending for yourself.

I didn't even know DOSbox had a integrated video capturing function. It also included the ZMBV codec that is necessary to view them. I think I will record the title song so I can post it in the 'your favorite video game music' thread, since it is awesome

How about a nice Halloween mod for Doom 3 (if we can find one ) I've seen a lot of mods for Doom 3, but never seen a Halloween one. Not sure if there would be one either, since the game is already scary theme.

More Zombies It's a side-scrolling flash game where you have to defend yourself from swarming zombies. High points and combos unlock more weapons that you can upgrade at the armory after each stage. Axe and chainsaw ftw ^_^ Unfortunately my browser started to lagg when too much zombies where spamed xD There are still some more halloween flash games on that site. I just randomly picked one. www.freeworldgroup.com/games2/gameindex/halloweengames.htm---------------------- Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler's Green would also make a great halloween playthrough imo. Too bad it's not free

I know you've only completed this once but what about Serious Sam the second encounter? From the level called "The Citadel" because that would be halloween themed

I was wondering if there were any christmas specials coming up? I remember that last year we had some flash games and that one funky doom 3 mod. So... need any ideas for Christmas?
