Want to be a part of Roots? Then here’s your chance!
Ever since I started writing “Roots” (the track), I had the feeling that it should include a choir. And so I’m asking for your help now to make that choir happen in a crowd-sourced form.
So here’s how to be included:
1. Record a 1-second audio clip of you shouting “Hey” into a microphone.
2. Save it as a .WAV file with your name as the file name.
3. Send your clip to my email address: santtu.pesonen@mail.com (preferably as an attachment).
Every submission will be included and their senders duly credited. Aside from recording day, there’s no real deadline for submissions. And if you manage to convince friends or family (or both!) to submit their shouts, that’s always a plus!
