The Ending was dissapointing, yes i know it has a giant thing at the end but it was just damn disapointing. Tai was a confusing character, we can all admit and what the hell happened to Dizzy? Another thing that ticked me of was the research station level, yes it was creepy and it was good atmospherically, but i can't but help feel that epic threw that in because of just the sake of putting it in.

It's Gears 2, what do you want?
Firstly, I severely doubt that anybody could have seriously expected the game's story to win any literary awards. Secondly, the developers think of their target audience as twitchy, energy drink addicted twelve-year-olds who don't give a flying squirrel about story. Sad bit is, that they're correct for the most part. That may sound insulting, but my point is that not every game is meant to be a masterpiece based on its story. I don't think there's any place for deep story in games like GoW, it's always forced and always disappointing. That's why there's more than one genre of video game to begin with.

This post actually makes me want to play it Gears of war is a intense game, gameplay wise (Try Hardcore, you will be better because of it) and it does have interesting concept, but i thought this could be way better, Gears of war 1 was a good game. Gears of war 2 is a let down.
